For sure, Michael Ninn’s “Neo Pornographia” (The Secret Tapes of Michael Ninn) series is art porn and, yes, there’s a certain amount of that nauseatingly pretentiousness (lots of staring down the camera for long, wordless stretches, Argento-inspired evocative lighting and expressionistic set designs) at work here, but there’s also something much darker – a rough misogynistic edge that nearly surpasses, in a shock value sense, most anything produced in North America, which includes Max, and the demeaning anti-female filth released weekly by Duke Skywalker on his various network of sites. A long time opponent of film’s depicting violence against women, Den, of cavr.com, flat-out refused to review the “Neo Pornographia” series, never getting past the first scene in his various review attempts before decrying: “Enough!”

 

Me, I can never get enough of this series. Not taking anything away from Den, whom I respect deeply, I’m at least willing to give the females involved the benefit of the doubt that they are grown-ups who have signed their name on the dotted line knowing full-well what Ninn had in store for them. I’d even go so far as to say that I think some of them probably even get off on it.

 

Right from the outset, things get a little nuts as a hypnotized Audrey Hollander (2007′s “Ass Blasting Felching Anal Whores“), in a hosting role this time out, verbally demeans the series’ former host, “Planet Max 19” star Nicki Hunter (credits: Nikki Hunter); by spitting in her face and forcing her sit quietly (and still) and as she lashes her with what looks to be an authentic whip. Hunter’s growing pained expressions and desperate muted pleas for Audrey to stop, seem to suggest that, indeed, it hurt. Tony T. (a guy I loathed until I saw him playing an exaggerated version of his own New York-tough guy persona in Mike Maravich’s “Nerdz”) arrives to savagely rape Nicki’s throat. Hunter is known to enjoy the rough stuff, but even she seems to struggling here. Lots of saliva and a couple of near pukes kicks the scene to the next level. When she accidentally bites T., you know it’s on. T. skips over Hunter’s vag, going straight to the A and throwing her a jack-hammer pounding, stopping briefly for the expected ass to mouth. Scott Lyons (last seen around here playing Hitler in “Captain America XXX: An Extreme Comixxx Parody“) enters the fray and the boys proceed to double penetrate Nicki.
