The notion of making a series of movies in which the high-point of each volume is a guy sticking his dick inside a jar, is insane. Yes, even on a conceptual level, it’s bizarre. Technically, the film is a mess. Even though he appears to be using a better camera this time around, the images still look washed out. While it adds an extra something to the scene in the beginning, it soon becomes a distraction and before the encounter ends, Randy will have abandoned it entirely. No doubt he, or the editor, got bored. The actual salami into bottle insertion happens midway into the film and then it, like the split screen, is also discarded in later scenes.
