Perverts will be delighted to learn that “Pee Midget Pee”, a grungy little shot-on-video cheapie, actually delivers on what it promises. Yes, give your head a shake. There’s no story here; just a collection of four scenes shot in some of the more tattered, seedy looking hotel rooms in and around los Angeles. The lighting and audio are so-so, in keeping with the film’s obvious cheapness. The camera work is pedestrian and the sex is only occasionally interesting.
